Solaire Connect are based in the Northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia and pride themselves on supplying only the top quality components for their customers.
As a family business with over 10 years experience they offer their customers a personalised honest service with a focus on doing right by every single customer.
They approached us at Bray Marketing looking for advice on how to optimise this experience for their existing and prospective clients from the second they land on their website.
We mapped out what success looks like for both the Solaire Connect team and their customers and dove straight in by speaking with a number of existing and prospective customers to understand what their pain points were, how Solaire Connect have and could help and what experience they would like on their website. This work was paired with website analytics and heat mapping to deliver the ultimate customer journey on the website.
From here we created a website map and began competitor and market research to help create relevant content before starting the page designs. Even though it wasn’t in scope, we presented two completely different layouts to give flexibility and from this feedback we composed the final design.
The project was a great success and leads were already being generated on the day of launch.
